Mange Carbs: If you have diabetes, your body cannot make or properly use insulin. This leads to high blood sugar. Healthy eating helps keep your blood sugar in your target range. Carbohydrates have the most impact on your blood sugar levels. A local hospital dietician would be happy to talk w/ you. I do not think the liver would require any specific restrictions other than alcohol. Rj.
