Books for depression: Are numerous in book stores & libraries. One book i've used with clients is "feeling good: the new mood therapy" by david burns. Another one i like that is not just on thinking more effectively is "the how of happiness" by sonja lyubomirsky. The challenging thing about any self-help book is putting it into practice.
