What do you suggest if my depression is getting worse?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Better not alone: It's best not to do it alone. With severe depression the most helpful thing to do is see a psychiatrist and/or psychologist to cope and get better. It might be easier than you think. If you are already in treatment talk to your therapist. Other things to remember: eat well, exercise, don't drink/drug/smoke. Consider meditation and yoga. Ask again if you need more suggestions. Best wishes.
