Not likely.: It is highly unlikely for teeth to uncrowd spontaneously. Braces are usually necessary.

Usually Not: Once teeth move out of normal position, they generally will not go back, even with removal of wisdom teeth that may have contributed to their movement.

Tooth movement: Very unlikely and unfortunate at the same time. There are biological reasons that are too detailed to summarize here which would make this almost impossible. Not to mention that space is made in the back of the mouth and most crowding is in the front. The place where you probably need room is most likely in the front. Visit with an orthodontist for more options.

No: You'll need orthodontic treatment to correct the crowding.

Doesn't happen: The poor wisdom teeth only contribute about 10% to your crowding problem. Teeth want to move forward and erupt, not move back. If wisdom teeth a problem see oral surgeon for removal. If teeth are crowded, see orthodontist for realignment. You'll be glad you did.

Uncrowding: Without a force in the opposite direction, uncrowding is unlikely to happen. Removal of the wisdom teeth eliminated the impetus causing crowding, but nonetheless, there still remains a lack of any guiding force in the opposing direction.
