Yes but ..: The best solution to weight loss is to reduce calories and increase exercise. Weight loss pills are largely ineffective as a long term solution and can have negative side effects. No pill can counteract poor eating habits and a sedentary lifestyle. Making changes in these two areas critical for health. Sadly, there is no magic solution in pill form to correct problems related to weight.
