Gallstone Ileus?: Hmm...I might be guessing a bit here...Are you referring to a gallstone in the intestinal tract? Very, very rarely, the gallbladder can rupture and then erode into a loop of intestine; this is called a cholecystenteric fistula. Gallstones within the gb can then enter the intestine and cause a small bowel obstruction, typically at the junction of the small and large bowel.
