Generally not: But I do not know what bowel issues you mean. Gallstone symptoms are usually upper abdominal discomfort and nausea a few hours after eating. Sometimes vomiting. Usually bowel function is normal. Diarrhea or constipatuon isuues are generally not related to gallstones.
