What are the treatment methods for psoriasis on the hands?

Excimer laser: Topical steroids, topical vitamin d, and tazorac can be used on the hands as well as a combination product taclonex. Also steroid injections can be helpful and narrow band uvb phototherapy or excimer laser in the 308 wavelength can be used for hand psoriasis. Your dermatologist will discuss options depending on your history.
