Shots, laser: Usually a combination of creams containing steroids, vitamin d or retinoids can be used such as tazorac, taclonex . In addition phototherapy or excimer laser can be used at the same time to suppress or hopefully put the psoriasis into remission for a period of time.

Psoriasis: Tons of lotion and intermittent ranges of topical steroids with varying strengths. Occasionally topical antibiotics are used.
