One option: There are many treatments for psoriasis including ointments, steroids, methotrexate, puva, anti tnf Alpha therapy. Which treatment is best for you depends on prior treatments, other health problems, other medications you take, and the extent of your disease. I would recommend you talk this over with a dermatologist.
