Shift work?: Why do you want to go to sleep so early? I suspect you have either shift work or a planned trip. Use of melatonin can help you get sleepy earlier. Make sure you don't expose yourself to bright lights for several hours before you want to sleep. Don't eat close to bedtime or exercise late. Avoid caffeine or energy drinks.
