Maybe, maybe not...: The skin of the nose is quite thick and is difficult to match with a skin graft. A better result can be obtained by trying to camouflage the scar in various ways. See a plastic surgeon or facial plastic surgeon to explore the best options for your situation. Good luck!

Depends:depth,width?: It really depends on the depth and width. Also it is my general advise that a flap will produce a better scar than a graft. Please temper your expectations and look for an improvement rather than a comp, ete eradication of the scar.
