Maybe: If your dizziness is a feeling of movement, or spinning, it is more likely related to your inner ear. If it's mostly a feeling of light headedness, it's more likely related to your heart or blood pressure. If you get 20 min to several hour episodes of spinning with fullness and decreased hearing in one ear, that may be meniere's disease. See an ENT or neurologist to figure it out.
