Caloric vertigo: You are experiencing a temperature stimulation of the inner ear fluid which causes the sensation of movement. This may be facilitated through a tympanic membrane perforation. Use ear plugs and consult ENT.

Your inner ears: The prob lem can be resolved by not letting water come near your ears. Protectors are available at the swim shop or with a ENT doctor
