See a doctor: Since ticks carry lyme disease it is important to be tested for lyme disease and treated with antibiotics. A topical is not a treatment for an infection from a tick bite.

Tick Bite: Most ticks do not carry diseases, and most tick bites do not cause serious health problems. The sooner ticks are removed, the less likely they are to spread disease. If a bite becomes irritated, apply an antibiotic ointment, such as Bacitracin or Polymyxin B sulfatte, and cover it with an adhesive bandage. The ointment will keep the bite from sticking to the bandage. If a rash, sore appears seedoc.

Tick : Topical corticosteroid reduces redness and swelling. If the area shows expanding redness or pain, see a dermatologist for evaluation and treatment.
