Just opiates...: Other sources include poppy seeds (culinary poppy seeds are opium seeds), cough syrup with dextromethorphan, diarrhea meds like lomotil (diphenoxylat and atropine). Really, you have to eat a lot of seeds to show positive, not like that seinfeld episode.

Test: Urine opiate test are looking for metabolic derivatives of opioids other similar molecules can cause reactions during test, showing false positive results. The most famous: poppy seeds on the bagels. Also dexomethorphan and perylamine among many others.
