Fentanyl: IS an opiate but does not show up on routine urine testing HOWEVER many Companies ask for COMPLETE drug screening which can include Fentanyl testing so don't "figure" you can use Fentanyl and pass your test!!!! The half life is about 12 hours thus it will show up for a few days after use! the HAIR will be positive for a lot longer time! Dr Z
