Marinol: There are no otc meds that cause false positive for thc, but there are very few drugs that contain Dronabinol like Marinol which has thc and will show in your urine.

THC: Prescription- Marinol. It would take very heavy use of CBD, (Cannabidiol ) / cannabinoid-rich hemp oil products to potentially cause a positive for THC testing.
