I would say yes: I am not sure how much of values of vitamins in the "vitamin water" but seemingly much less chemicals than diet soda. Drinking just water and a daily vitamin will be much cheaper. Diet soda contains too many chemicals. Also, soda can contribute to anemia (binding your iron, and possibly much of calciums) and thinning bones. So, drink h20 to good health and save some pennies.
