Proper Diet/Exercise: Only good way to loose weight is to eat proper and low calories than your bmr, and routune exercising diet eliminate all simple cargs as much as you can, sucrose, fructose and glucose.Sodas, juices, candy etc eat foods with low glyceimic index cut down on saturated fats depending on your present weight, have a strategy to loose weight in steps like 5or10 lbs at a time, which works better to keep it down.
