None: Mild cortical atrophy of the brain is most often age associated and not reversible but this can be a subjective finding . Consult with a neurologist.

Live Healthy: If you are hypertensive, make sure it is well controlled. If you are diabetic, keep it well controlled. Don't smoke! smoking accelerates atherosclerotic changes of the arteries all over the body, including the brain. So does diabetes. The combination is worse than the sum of the parts. More than 2 drinks a day could also be deleterious to the brain.
