Fever due to an ear infection , can it be dangerous during pregnancy?

Unlikely to be a pbm: The common low grade temperatures for an ear infection are unlikely to cause any issue with pregnancy.We have more concerns with fevers that are part of a generalized flu or viral infection especially during the first 12 wks(when the virus could get to baby), or were someone to cook themselves in a hot tub daily during that period.
