Does taking otc digestive enzymes with amylase and amyloglucosidase helps with fructose intolerance?

Probably not: Amylase and amyloglucosidase (a type of amylase) break starches into sugars. Fructose itself is already a sugar. So, these two enzymes should not affect fructose intolerance.

Ive had pancreatic enzymes checked a few times over the years. Lipase has never been elevated but amylase fluctuates. Ive had it as high as 300. Ive also had it just above the range and normal as well. Never pancreatitis. Could be cancer ???
