Better to treat it: Most cases of eczema can be treated by your dermatologist. Since there are so many effective treatments, it would be better to fix the problem than just cover it up.

Moisturizers: Moisturizers will help, but eczema is a constant battle that must be controlled rather than covered. I would have your eczema evaluated to determine the best treatment plan.
