Yes: I'd ignore the health food store on this one. You may or may not respond by reducing the saturated fat in your diet (famously greaseburgers, also "cholesterol free tropical oils" -- they're a scam), and it is highly probable that if you adopt a fitness lifestyle, your cholesterols good and bad will self-adjust.
