What do you do for a colic baby at 3 months old?

Soothing experience: Most parents find driving with the child in the car seat or placing the child in his/her seat on top of the dryer seem to sooth. Colick is an offshoot of normalcy and not a disease prer se.

Colic: There could be a reason for this "colicky" behavior and should be investigated. Such common causes are gas pain, reflux, constipation or having a milk protein allergy.

Carrying: This is a very stressful time for your family. Colicky babies demand constant attention. You are sleep deprived already, then on top of that, you have the constant needs of this child. Walking in a sling is super helpful. Consider "baby wearing" as much as possible, not just you but dad and other family members. Never shake the baby, you can always set her down and let her cry, take a break!
