No evidence it helps: Ganoderma products have become very popular in america in the last few years, just as they have been popular in traditional chinese medicine for centuries. The most popular ganoderma is the species known as ganoderma lucidum in latin, & is the best known and most well studied of all the medicinal mushrooms. But no studies show it works in sle as having nutritional support value or medical value.
