Possibly: this is one of the many blood tests used to diagnose lupus..you should consult your rheumatologist to have them run a full battery of tests

Lupus tests: Many lupus tests are drawn for symptoms that are not specific for lupus. If you have butterfly rash, arthritis and anemia, then a positive lupus test is significant. If you have dizziness, fatigue and headache, then a lupus test may not be as helpful (unless it's negative). Lupus is fairly uncommon; dizziness and fatigue are very common. Most people with these symptoms don't have lupus.
