Maybe: Not particularly worries about von willebrands disease. You are in fact immunocompromised with lupus i suspect degree of control and current medications. Will help your rheumatologist arrive at recommendations to help you make a decision regarding risk.

Anti phospholipid IgG was mildly elevated and eSR was 71. Lupus anticoagulant was negative. cRp was high normal. Had bad sinus infections.worry?
