New evidence from a study in Canada strongly suggests that POTS is an autoimmune disorder. In your case I think it would be secondary to lupus. Endometriosis is not currently listed as an autoimmune disorder but has some of the characteristics and may increase the risk if a coexistent autoimmune disease. Does your rheumatologist agree with these concepts or explanations?
