Flax seed: A good way to get omega 3 fatty acids for those that can't tolerate fish oil.

Tough question: You probably get no benefits from flaxseed oil, and definitely get NO benefit from multivitamins. If you have a specific vitamin deficiency proven by lab tests, then take the one and skip the rest. Multivitamins are worthless. Save your money and join a gym. Exercise is the only proven way to benefit your health.

Fat & Vitamins: Fat supports the bio-availability of vitamins, be they in food or supplements, helping vitamins get into the cells. Flax has some fat, but good fat in the diet is the best way to go. Avoid low-fat diets, the benefits of which are not supported by science. Peace and good health.
