Seen a doc?: I don't know if a dr. Put you on the antibiotic or if you simply started taking something you had already. If this was a real blister, such as from a burn or from rubbing, then draining the blister fluid is a good idea as that sort of fluid contains enzymes that could slow down healing. If this is from anything else, then do not drain it and please see your family doctor. Good luck.

Why on Amoxicillin?: I would contact the physician who prescribed your Amoxicillin as this may be a part of the reasons he/she prescribed the medication or it could be an adverse reaction.
