Will amoxicillin help heal up cellulitis? i had a cyst that got infected and it was drained. i started antibiotics yesterday. how long on antibiotics should the redness on my skin improve or go away with antibiotics? thank you?

Depends on bacteria: If the bacteria are susceptible to the antibiotic, then it may treat the skin infection. The Cephalosporins and Augmentin are also used to treat cellulitis. Keep monitoring temperature and watch for signs of worsening and spread of the infection.
