Don't try to pull : The foreskin back any farther than is comfortable for your little guy; it'll loosen with age.The supra-pubic fat pad that conceals it will disappear as he gets longer & leaner this year. I practiced with a male pediatrician who'd tell moms, "if your husband weighed 600 lbs, his would look like that, too!" i used to eavesdrop, but no one ever smacked him. Just show his pediatrician.
