Any moisturizing: Lotion should do for eczema. You should also use skin cleansers instead of soap which is harsh to the skin for baths. There are a lot of good otc skin cleansers available eg cetaphil, aquaphor, moisturel eucerin, neutrogena etc.

Eczema: Lotions are not the preferred initial treatment for eczema unless for mild or minimal cases. Emollients or heavy creams are preferred especiallywhen applied after a bath when the skin is still moist. They trap water the best.
