Best baby creams: While there are many brands that would be fine to use on your baby the two products specifically designed for eczema are cerave and cetaphil. I recommend both in my practice. Make sure you are using a mild soap as well. Both of the brands mentioned above have mild cleansers as well. Forget any products specifically designed for babies as they are usually heavily fragranced.
