what is the best treatment for weeping eczema? i've tried putting hydrocortisone lotion on it, but it doesn't work well because of the liquid on it

Wet wrap: You need to use a thick ointment such as vaseline and wrap it with wet gauze then dry gauze and leave it overnight and repeat nightly until skin starts healing.
