My husband has had by pass surgery gets b12 shots takes vitimins but randomly becomes confused at what hes doing can't focus starts to sweat and shakescan he be having tmi's?

Acronyms again: Tmi means what? Transient myocardial infarction? There are several possibilities which may explain the symptoms: hypoglycemia, hyperglycemia, hypotension, cardiac arrhythmia, partial seizures, panic attacks. Obviously your husband needs to be evaluated by a neurologist as well as being re-evaluated by his cardiologist.

Bypass surgery: Is it possible that you mean "tia's" [transient ischemic attacks] rather than "tmi's" [too much information]? Changes in cognitive function can happen after bypass surgery, but what you're describing sounds more episodic -- tia's can be like this.
