Wise to take extra D: Congratulations! I do not understand at all why it says to not take with extra D. Elevit only has 200 iu of Vit D, not nearly adequate! I recommend women take 4000-6000 iu of Vit D3/day to attain optimal levels of 50-80. How much did your Dr. give you?
