What good stuff?: Are you referring to the increased risk of cancer, the vascular disease, chronic cough, skin damage, ill effects that second hand smoke has on others, the addiction that develops, or some of the others that I have left out?

Smoking: I think that the tobacco industry has already done that research & emphasized perceived positives of tobacco use. Money going to fund scientific research on health issues is usually done to improve health (not to find ways to promote activities that harm our bodies).
