What drugs to be taken after stopping smoking , is home remedial sufficient as many online post say this makes health good .how much this is true?

I am having : trouble tracking this. Many people are able to stop smoking without use of medications.

Once you quit smoking, you are in nicotine withdrawal. 2 wks before the quit date, you should start taking Bupropion or Nortryptiline or other neuro-active agent that block cravings. (These meds take 2 wks to take effect & be continued afterwards). TTYD.
