None!: There is absolutely nothing "good" about smoking. It has been implicated in most of the most serious heart and lung diseases (coronary artery disease, asthma, emphysema), as well as cancers in multiple organ systems. And it can sicken other people who breathe in the "secondhand" smoke. If you're cold in winter, use a blanket or turn up the heat, but don't make any excuses for smoking!

NO!: There are simply no good effects to your body from smoking! It ravages your bones, your lungs, your skin, and makes every cell in your body more likely to become cancerous!
