Unusual: That is an unusual complaint. I do not think it is a nutrition def. I would suspect a kidney stone or even a floating kidney. You should see an internal medicine doctor.

Not likely: Most likely it is a musculoskeletal disorder. Have a physician check it out. It could also be a kidney stone, among other things. In my experience, most common deficiency---by far-- is good ole h2o. Many people walk around in a sub clinical state of dehydration, no feeling of thirst, but get headaches, muscle aches, fatigue etc. Start with at 6-8 glasses of water, fruit juices. If no help, doc.

Kidney pain: This suggests an abnormality. I recommend renal ultrasound and urine analyses to evaluate. Likely this is not a nutritional deficiency. Are you sure this is not back muscle pain?
