Dehydration: Have you been making sure to stay hydrated while working out? Dehydration can cause dizziness and problems concentrating. Similarly, low blood sugar may make you lightheaded and jittery. Make sure you're getting enough to eat to support the increased demands of a hard workout.

Circulation: Post-exercise dizziness and lack of focus (whether visual or mental) signifies reduced blood flow to the brain. This could be the result of brain arteries being insufficient to carry enough blood to the brain, or cardiac or pulmonary causes. This is not a trivial problem. You need to get it checked out soon.
