General/non-specific: Two non-specific symptoms of great frequency. Lack of energy has many causes. Dizziness has many meanings, none of which are uniquely applicable. At least 50 different meanings for dizziness exist. So only speculation will answer your question. Much greater specificity in definition of your problem is essential before you can get a reasonable answer.
