What is it when you have sharp pain on your side of. your stomache and fever?

Severity & duration: Severity duration location associated symptoms all contribute to helping id the cause of a problem. Fever likely means infection and side pain likely relates to an organ in that area. Appendix, kidney, GI tract are all leading contenders. Bladder, pancreas, gall bladder are also possible. All except reutine stomach flu require exam by doctor and treatment. Hope this helps.
