Somewhat less: As per the standardized growth curves, a 12 year old 63 inch female should ideally weigh around 110 lbs. This, of course, does not take into account her body type and relationship of lean muscle to adipose tissue. If you are concerned about your daughters' weight, you should discuss this with your pediatrician so that a modification of her diet and exercise habits can be initiated.

A healthy weight: There is no exact weight to shoot for. Though she needs to work toward a healthy weight. Particularly if she is still growing, weight management should supervised by a pediatric dietician and/or pediatrician. Small realistic goals will be most helpful, first stop weight gain, then work losing a little at a time. If she's still growing she will also thin out doing this. ⬆ exercise & healthy eating.
