Usually not.: Most masses in the uterus are non-cancerous fibroids. If that is what it is, I wouldn't lose any sleep over it. But you need to know for sure. Ask your doc what it is and if he is worried about cancer. Usually endometrial cancer is diagnosed with an endometrial biopsy or D&C. If your doc was really worried, he would be doing more than monitoring. Best wishes!
