Antibiotics : Ask your gyn/ob about treating gbs just prior to your delivery in the hospital.

No need 4 penicillin: If you were positive at 28 weeks and gbs negative at 36 weeks you would not need any antibiotic prophylaxis in labor. The one exception to this rule is if you had gbs in your urine previously; in this scenario, you need no further gbs screening, because you need intrapartum penicillin anyway.
