Exercise and undies: 1) we advise all exercise that burns calories and fat to gradually tighten and lessen the curves. Could be walking, swimming, playing wii fit, or doing crunches. 2) also recommend the shapewear (or similar brand) to tighten and shape. Be confident and experiment with different brands. Lap.
